The catalogue
Colours can look slightly different on a screen than in daylight. The jewellery price includes GST. Shipping fees include GST. GST is not added as a separate charge on top of the checkout total. A crossed-out MRP is shown only when that piece has actually been sold at the higher price.
Orders
Placing an order reserves the piece. Cash on delivery is collected when the order arrives, after we confirm the address and the piece. A card or UPI payment is complete only after the payment is confirmed. A practice payment, if shown, does not take money.
Use of the site
Do not attempt to change prices in the browser, access another person's order, or upload files you do not have rights to. Admin tools are limited to administrator accounts.
