Where we ship

We ship across India. Checkout asks for a 6-digit PIN. That check confirms the number of digits. It does not confirm a courier. A delivery date is shared when the courier collects the parcel.

Charges

Jewellery prices include GST. Shipping fees include GST. GST is not added as a separate charge on top of the checkout total. Shipping is ₹59 when the jewellery total, after any offer, is under ₹1,499, and free from ₹1,499. WELCOME10 is 10% off a first order when the jewellery total before that offer is ₹799 or more, capped at ₹500. A ₹1,600 order becomes ₹1,440 after that offer, so shipping is ₹59.

The total at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add a shipping charge after the order is placed.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery starts at ₹699 of jewellery, after any offer. You pay the checkout total by cash or UPI when the parcel arrives. There is no separate cash-on-delivery fee.

Before a cash-on-delivery order is dispatched, we confirm the full address, the piece and the amount. Orders with an unusual quantity are checked before they leave.

Dispatch

We pack the order, then share a tracking number when the courier picks it up. We do not guess a delivery day before the courier gives one.
