Payment Policy

Methods

Supported payment methods are those presented at checkout. Online payments may be processed by Razorpay. Availability of UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets and other rails can vary.

Verification

A successful prepaid payment requires backend verification (signature/webhook reconciliation). Until capture is verified, the order may remain unpaid or payment-pending.

Failed or pending payments can take time to reconcile. If you were charged twice, write to care with Razorpay payment IDs and your order number.

Credentials and refunds

RoopVedika does not store full sensitive payment credentials. Refunds for approved prepaid cancellations or returns are sent through supported payment rails / the original method where appropriate.
