No invented durations

RoopVedika does not invent a site-wide warranty period. A warranty, guarantee or anti-tarnish promise applies only where it is explicitly stated on the product page or in the product’s care text.

If a product page does not state a warranty duration, treat the piece as fashion jewellery covered by our Returns & Refunds policy for defects and shipping issues — not by a multi-year guarantee.

Anti-tarnish labelling

“Anti-tarnish” means a finishing approach intended to slow tarnish under normal wear. It is not a claim that the piece is waterproof, swim-proof, or free from all colour change forever.

What is typically not covered

Normal wear and tear, scratches, breakage from misuse, prolonged water/sweat/chemical exposure, loss or theft, accidental damage, and repairs or modifications by third parties are outside anti-tarnish / warranty-style coverage unless a product page says otherwise.

How to raise a claim

Write to care@roopvedika.com with your order number, product name, photographs and a short description. We may offer repair, replacement or another fair resolution depending on the product’s stated terms and stock. Care instructions on the product and Jewellery Care Guide still apply.
