Cancellation

Before dispatch

You can ask us to cancel an order before the courier collects it, from the order page or the contact form. Include the order number. The piece is put back on sale when the order is cancelled before dispatch.

After dispatch

Once the courier has the parcel, cancellation becomes a return. A delivered order can be requested for return within 7 days if the piece is unworn and still in its pouch. Earrings that have been worn are often ineligible.
